Representatives of NovaCast Systems AB from Sweden held a training
At the Faculty of Metallurgy, University of Zagreb, representatives of NovaCast Systems AB from Sweden held a training for the use of the newly acquired system for thermal analysis of cast iron with appropriate software and sampling cups.
The system is worth HRK 250,000.00, and was procured within the infrastructure project Foundry Center – SIMET (KK.01.1.1.02.0020) within the European Regional Development Fund of the Operational Program for Cohesion and Competitiveness 2014-2020. within the call “Investing in organizational reform and infrastructure in the sector of research, development and innovation” conducted by the Faculty of Metallurgy, University of Zagreb in partnership with Sisak-Moslavina County. The total value of the project is 44,061,083.08 HRK and it is fully funded by the European Union.
