| Kratki opis metode: | The polarimeter is an optical instrument that measures the angle of rotation of a polarized light that passes through an optically active material. In view of the above, the use of the polarimeter also determines the rate of the reaction of the saccharose hydrolytic decomposition so that the given solutions of saccharose and acid are prepared in separated flasks and mixed in the glass. Thus prepared solution is placed into the cuvette exerted into the instrument. On a polarimeter scale, the angle of rotation of the polarized light is read at certain time intervals. Based on the data obtained, the constant of the inversion rate reaction can be determined by the least squares method. |
